More on Nashville

More on Nashville. Donned gladrags (definately rags by this stage as no time for washing, some have availed themselves of machines in couple of hotels we have stayed at, but due to schedule have finished up at 1-2am - not this little black duck - too stuffed) & out to The Wild Horse Saloon, all set up for linedancing, in between band sets there is a linedance runthrough, gave it a try, but back to subbeginners for me I think! But all up for Cuban Shuffle, lots of fun. More experienced members of our group acquited themselves well on the dance floor & some of the young ones were trying to follow them. Food  average, Pat & I shared a Wild Horse salad, when it came, half way through it & we were asking ourselves, where's half the ingredients, a certain member of group has a habit of not remembering what she ordered & accepting whatever is put in front of her -who said linedancing is good for the brain (although I'm a good one to talk!) Anyway got another one, that's better!  Band was good & Pat nabbed the singer as he went past to the bathroom (I tell you by the end I will be calling it the bathroom) & we got a photo. Pat told her partner in the morning about the episode & he said you are behaving like a 16 year old - that's it 60's going on 16!  Ended up getting taxi back to hotel  as girls had loaded the cases & left at 8pm to drive through the night to Washington DC, to save us 12 hour drive from Nashville to DC. Not sure about the state of OH&S laws here, but seemed a bit rough to me, as they had a bit of a rest & then had to pick us up from airport at Baltimore, hour or so from hotel we were staying in DC.
